• Knowledge of acceptable Nepal accounting standards and auditing practices

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English

• Should have analytical skills and organizational skills as well

• Skillful in Advanced Excel and other accounting software

• Managerial experience in the previous role is desirable

Job Description

• To conduct company/tax/vat accounts

• Manage and oversee the entire accounting team

• Proficiency on emails, MS office applications, TALLY software

• Ensure Timely filing of returns of VAT, TDS, Tax, etc.

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

• Ensure timely bank payments

• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

• Audit financial transactions and documents

• Prepare Minutes and documents necessary for VAT/Company Registrar and make sure all documents are provided within deadline
